This is the original artwork created for Book #11 in Clay Dawson's "Long Rider" series of Westerns, this one titled "The Santa Fe Ring" published by Diamond, 1989 (I show the published cover for reference) Hand-painted in acrylics on gypsum board, 24" x 16" and is signed and titled on the back.  Some old signs of water damage on the reverse and bumps to corners; the image itself appears to be in fine condition - which is good because this is definitely one of the most colorfully rendered of his "Long Rider" covers!
