This amazing piece of art has it all - caped and masked hero, naked woman in peril, flying predators and even spiders - and all rendered with an astounding command of pen-and-ink stippling technique (challenging even Finlay in that skill!)   Gorgeously hand-drawn in ink on acid-free art paper, 16.5" x 11.75" and signed by the artist bottom right.  Just amazing!
