Original interior painting reproduced on pages 28-29 of "The Hamlyn Book of Horror" by Daniel Farson ("great nephew of Bram Stoker, author of Dracula"), published 1979.   From the chapter on Vampires, of course, and very creepy....painted in gouache on illustration board, it's a "two-page spread" in landscape format, with dimensions 14" x 20" - plus comes signed.
